Get to know a little bit more about Almin:

Hometown? Lee’s Summit

What is your previous profession? Home Construction

What is your favorite part about being a Realtor? Buying or selling a house can be a scary process. My favorite thing about being a Realtor is making in a fun and exciting experience. I love helping people find their perfect house. To me it is more than just being a Realtor. I love being the go to for all questions Real Estate. I love the fact that the relationships I make with my clients extend past the close.

What brought you to RE/MAX Innovations? After being in Real Estate for almost 2 years and realizing I spend more time at work than at home, I decided I needed a place that felt like home away from home. From the second I walked through the door everyone has made me feel welcome. Often you hear from other brokerages that “this place is a family” and rarely have I seen that to be true. That is not the case at Innovations. I really feel like everyone here is apart of a big family. I look forward to working with everyone here.

What is your favorite room in a house? My favorite room is the kitchen. I love to cook. Growing up in a big Italian family, many of our time was spent in or around the kitchen. I truly feel like the kitchen is the heart of a home.

What is your guilty pleasure? My guilty please would be my Jeep. I am apart of a local off-road club and being able to spend time out on the trails is my favorite past time. Then of course spending time in the garage fixing what I broke the weekend before.

Are you a “Glass Half Empty” or a “Glass Half Full” kind of person? This is a difficult questions to answer. On one hand I am a glass is half full because you always have something to be thankful for in life. On the other hand sometimes it is good to see the glass as half empty because it always means there is more to achieve and more to gain in life. Our cups should never be full. Should always try for more.

If you could have a superhero power, what would it be? If I had one super power it would be the ability to fly. I am not a fan of cold weather so I could fly somewhere warm when ever I wanted.

What is the most used app on your phone or tablet? Like most people I would say Facebook. Between family, real estate and the Jeep Club, Facebook is constantly being used on my phone.

What makes you, or has made you, the person you are today? There is a lot that goes into who I am. From my time in the service, disaster relief work, marriage and being a dad. I have come from many different experiences and I like to think that seeing things in my life that most have not gives me a different perspective each day.

What is your favorite aspect or activity to do to in Kansas City? I would have to say its 3 fold. Chiefs, Royals and KC BBQ. Can’t go wrong with any of those.

What is a fun fact or something that most people do not know about you?I speak 3 languages.

What is your favorite activity to do in Kansas City? I love hitting up different local breweries. I am a huge craft beer fan and love to find hidden ones throughout the city

Favorite Beverage? Lemonade (Alcoholic beverage would be Space Camper)

Favorite Meal?Manicotti
